Seat Resale Program

At the West Coast Eagles, we understand that our Season members may not be able to make it to every single home game. We have therefore introduced our seat resale program over the past few seasons.

For Season members, using the West Coast Eagles seat resale program means that your seat won’t go empty AND you’ll be giving one of our In The Wings, Eagles Nest, or Eagles Rising Stars members the chance to catch some live footy action. In addition, you’ll also receive a credit towards your membership renewal for the following year.

It's so easy to do, just follow these simple steps:

1. Log on to your Account Manager below (please contact the club on (08) 9388 4566 or membership@westcoasteagles.com.au if you don’t know your Account ID or PIN).
2. Once logged into your Account Manager, go to the game you wish to resell your seat for under ‘My Upcoming Events’ and click ‘Manage My Tickets’.
3. You’ll need to make sure the tick box next to your seat is ticked, and DOUBLE CHECK you’ve selected the correct round and seat (this is very important as once re-sold you will not be able to get it back!).
4. Click 'Forward'
5. In the delivery information section, enter enter “WCE” in the recipient first name AND last name fields
6. Enter resale@wce.com.au in the recipient's email address field (you must type this exactly)
7. Re-type resale@wce.com.au in the field underneath
8. Click ‘Continue’
9. Click 'Email Tickets' to finalise the process. You have now forwarded your seat for resale! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONCE YOU COMPLETE THIS, YOU CANNOT GET YOUR SEAT BACK – SO BE SURE YOU’VE SELECTED THE CORRECT MATCH AND SEAT.
10. You will receive an email to confirm that your seat has been put up for resale.
11. Within five working days after the match, you will receive an email advising you whether or not your seat has been successfully resold.
12. Alternatively, if you experience issues with the online process, please call the Membership Services Centre on (08) 9388 4566 during office hours.

PLEASE NOTE: you must follow these instructions exactly to ensure your seat is correctly forwarded; please avoid emailing your request directly as it will not guarantee your seat is forwarded for resale in time for the match. Using this system allows you to re-sell your seat up until four hours prior to bouncedown. To find out moreabout the seat resale program, Click here.
