If I forget to bring my membership card to a game, can I still gain admission?

If for any reason you do not bring your membership card on a match day, please visit the Stratco Membership Shed outside the Team Store at gate 12, and we will issue you with a lost ticket voucher for that game.

How can I get a replacement membership card if mine has been lost or stolen?

Please contact the Membership Services Centre during the week on membership@westcoasteagles.com.au or (08) 9388 4566 to report a lost or stolen membership card. Stolen or lost membership cards will be replaced free of charge.

Who do I contact to complain about offensive behaviour on a match day?

All match day issues of concern should be reported to WA Football Commission event staff (in the red jackets) on the day of the game. If you are unable to find staff to offer assistance, please ‘SMS your SOS’ to 0408 602 464 and provide your block, row, seat number and details of the issue.

During normal business hours, Patersons Stadium ground management can be contacted on (08) 9381 2187.

Please click here to read the Patersons Stadium Code of Conduct.

All members who attend matches agree to abide by the above Code of Conduct and associated policies in keeping with crowd behaviour. The club treats breaches of this code very seriously. Should you experience continual issues with other members surrounding you, please email a written complaint to membership@westcoasteagles.com.au, and a staff member will contact you by phone to discuss the follow-up actions required.

I lost an item at the game on the weekend. Who do I contact for match day lost property?

All match day and Patersons Stadium lost property is handled by the WA Football Commission. They can be contacted on (08) 9381 2187 and their offices are located at Gate 7 at Patersons Stadium.

Which train station should I use when travelling to Patersons Stadium?

Transperth completed an upgrade to the West Leederville station in 2008 to accommodate patrons using the new Mandurah line. This station now operates as the special events station for all AFL matches and is just 350 metres from Patersons Stadium. Please be aware that the special football train services will stop at West Leederville station only; trains stopping at Subiaco station will follow the regular weekend timetables.

Be sure to visit transperth.gov.au or call 13 62 13 for all the latest timetables and changes.

Does my ticket include public transport to and from the game?

All tickets to events held at Patersons Stadium include a public transport contribution, as is practice for all stadiums across Australia. This contribution covers the costs of moving a large number of people to and from the ground and the provision of such transport services is a necessary standard that any event provider (in this case, the WAFC) must meet for local government requirements in order to stage the event.

In keeping with this, as part of your West Coast Eagles membership, you are entitled to travel on Transperth services for three hours before and after each home game. Simply flash your Season membership card or match ticket when boarding the bus or train.

Karrinyup Football Specials 616 and 617 Service Changes

From Saturday 23 June 2012 Karrinyup Football Specials 616 and 617 will have a new departure point at Patersons Stadium.

Passengers are advised that due to parking and space restrictions on Salvado Rd, Karrinyup Football Specials 616 and 617 will now depart Patersons Stadium from the car park on Roberts Rd.

This change will begin on Saturday 23 June 2012 and will be a permanent change. Information, including a map of the new departure point, is available on the Transperth website as part of the football travel information.

Is there any disabled parking available?

Disabled parking is available on Kitchener Park (east of Patersons Stadium) and Market Square (across Haydn Bunton Drive). Please be aware that only patrons with an Acrod sticker have access to this parking and bays are strictly limited. If it is necessary for you to utilise this parking, we recommend arriving at least one hour prior to the match.
