I would like to become a Season member of the West Coast Eagles. What are the membership options available to me?

As we are currently at full capacity for Season memberships, the next best option available is the In The Wings membership. This will entitle you to a full membership pack, subscription to the Eagle Eye magazine, access to the latest information with member eNews, invitations to member events and Team Store offers.

The In The Wings membership will also give you priority access to our seat resale program, which will allow you to purchase the tickets from current Season members when they can’t attend matches.

The In The Wings membership will also allocate you a place on the wait list to obtain Season membership. Once your wait list number is reached, you will be able to purchase two adult and two junior Season memberships.

How long is the wait list if I join In The Wings?

This is very difficult to answer accurately, but given the current rate of attrition of Season members, it’s fairly likely new In The Wings members won’t get seats until the new Perth major stadium opens for the 2018 season. The club is currently firming up its policies around seating at the new stadium and future plans for the wait list, so please stay tuned and ensure we have all your current details as we will be communicating with you in the coming years.

Do you offer a country membership?

We recommend the Eagles Nest membership for people who cannot regularly attend games, but would like to stay connected to the club.

I live overseas, but would love to be a member of the West Coast Eagles.

Supporters based outside of Australia may like to stay connected to the club and show their allegiance with our Global Eagle membership.

I’m a noteholder and I would like to transfer my unsecured notes to another party.

How do I become a noteholder?

Some years ago, the West Coast Eagles Supporters’ Club provided its members the opportunity to purchase unsecured notes in Indian Pacific Ltd, the parent company of the West Coast Eagles.

One of the benefits of holding an unsecured note is the opportunity to sit in one of the designated ‘noteholder’ blocks at Patersons Stadium, should such seating be available. Noteholders with a current Season membership are also given a priority buying period for tickets to finals in which the West Coast Eagles compete, including the grand final.

Unfortunately, unsecured notes in Indian Pacific ltd are unavailable for purchase at this time.

What are the terms and conditions of a West Coast Eagles Season membership?

In accepting your membership, you agree to pay your account in full within the agreed payment terms and prior to the first home and away game of season 2013. If full payment is not received prior to the first home and away game of season 2013 your membership will be forfeited. Ground entry tickets will not be dispersed until payment has been completed in full. Payments are non-refundable. If we refer your account to a debt collection service, you agree to pay any fees, charges, disbursements and commissions relating to the collection of the debt. All memberships are non-transferable unless they meet the conditions specified at wcemembership.com.au. Be aware that West Coast Eagles memberships, season tickets and match day tickets may not, without the prior written authorisation of the West Coast Eagles, be resold at a premium or be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions). If a West Coast Eagles membership, season ticket or match ticket is sold in breach of these conditions, it will be void and will not entitle the holder to admission to the event.

All members who attend matches at Patersons Stadium agree to abide by the WAFC-issued Code of Conduct and associated policies in keeping with crowd behaviour.

Upon becoming a member of the West Coast Eagles, you agree that you will abide by all conditions of membership, including the WA Football Commission’s Code of Conduct relating to behaviour while in attendance at Patersons Stadium. You remain responsible for the conduct of anyone utilising your membership benefits to attend matches. In the event that you provide others with access to your seats/s, any unacceptable conduct by them may have a negative impact on your membership benefits, in addition to penalties applied by the venue.

The West Coast Eagles Football Club reserves the right to cancel any membership at the club’s discretion.
