Ticketing

I am not a member, but I would like to attend a home game. How can I purchase a ticket?

General admission tickets for all West Coast Eagles home games go on sale on the Monday morning two weeks prior to the match from 9am through Ticketmaster.

Please be aware that only a limited number of tickets are released in this sale and they can sell out very quickly if it is a blockbuster match.

There are no tickets available through Ticketmaster for the home game I want to attend. Can I purchase a ticket through eBay?

As there is a high demand for our product, some individuals are seeking their own financial gain from our passionate supporters by purchasing tickets to our home games and then on-selling them at a premium through eBay. This sits very uncomfortably with us and we have an obligation to protect our wait list members and supporters wanting to attend our matches from paying highly inflated prices.

The condition of purchasing a ticket to AFL game states:
"This ticket is sold or distributed on the condition that it not be resold or offered for resale at a premium or be used for advertising, promotions, competitions or other commercial purposes without the Presenter’s prior written authorisation. Any breach of these conditions allows your ticket to be cancelled and for a Declared Event may be an indictable offence under the Sports Event Ticketing (Fair Access) Act 2002 (Vic)."

Please be aware that the club investigates all general public ticket sales to home games at Patersons Stadium and will cancel tickets if they have been purchased by a known scalper. We ask that you avoid purchasing tickets to our home games via eBay or another third party as you risk being denied entry to the game. For further information, please contact the Membership Services Centre on (08) 9388 4566.

I’m a Beyond the Border member, how do I use my membership to attend a game?

Victorian membership cards provide members with general (GA) admission seating for all West Coast Eagles qualifying away games played in Victoria, subject to capacity. Admission is obtained by swiping the membership card at the stadium turnstile.

The location of GA seating varies according to the stadium. For example, level three of Etihad Stadium (ES) is usually the general admission area for most matches. Details of where the general admission areas are located will be placed on the club’s website in the month leading up to each match.

Note that that our round 20 game against Essendon will be a ‘fully ticketed’ match, which means there is no general admission area. Victorian Season members will need to arrange to upgrade to a reserved seat through Ticketmaster or at Etihad Stadium on match day. The cost of doing this varies according to where the seats are.

For each away match, an area is reserved for West Coast Eagles members wishing to upgrade to a reserved seat. Reserved seats can be booked through Ticketek (MCG) and Ticketmaster (Etihad Stadium).

How can I purchase tickets to the AFL finals series?

Should the West Coast Eagles take part in the finals series, members will have priority to purchase tickets to the finals in which we compete and further information will be communicated closer to the time.

The AFL administers all finals series matches and will publish information about tickets sales in the daily newspapers and on afl.com.au. As finals held at Patersons Stadium are not West Coast Eagles home games, members are unfortunately unable to retain the reserved seats they hold during the home and away season.

If the West Coast Eagles competes in the grand final, Season and Beyond the Border members will have priority access to a limited number of tickets.

If you are interested in purchasing a grand final package, please contact the West Coast Eagles Corporate Sales team on 08 9381 1111.
